problema con neon in casa


Buon giorno raga come al solito ho un problema :(.
Tempo fa ,non ricorso se un anno o meno,vabbè..ho sostituito al neon (che uso in casa per illuminar una stanza)il reattore mettendo un ballast.perche prima ci metteva troppo ad accendersi,ha funzionato benissimo fino un mesetto fa.poi si è fulminato il neon.strano l avevo messo nuovo.e ieri di nuovo.con i lati neri..secondo voi come mai?il ballast da problemi?il neon è da 18w il ballasti è il classico da 21w
