Problema firestorm wireless


Salve a tutti.
Ho appena acquistato un gamepad thrustmaster firestorm wireless. E' un gamepad USB. Il sistema lo riconosce nel senso che nel pannello di controllo, in periferiche di gioco, c'è. Però non risponde. Cioè quando schiaccio i pulsanti non succede nulla, è come se non ricevesse il segnale.
Potete essermi d'aiuto???
