Alimentatore, come si sceglie?


Ragazzi, come si fa a scegliere l'alimentatore più adatto alle proprie esigenze? Vedo che partono da 300W fino a 1100W... ma quando ne possono servire così tanti?
Il mio nuovo PC è così costituito:

Scheda video.............ASUS EN7200GS 256MB
Processore ................AMD Athlon 64 LE-1620
RAM..........................OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum Revision 2 Dual Channel
Hard disk...................MAXTOR HD 250GB S-ATA II CACHE 8MB
Masterizzatore DVD....LG GSA-H55L - Lightscribe
