tastiera portatile


ciao a tutti...vorrei chiedervi una consulenza...non mi funziona più la tastiera del portatile,e neanche il mouse integrato...secondo voi può esserci un motivo per cui si è disattivata oppure è partito tutto?il notebook non è che abbia preso botte,ed è successo improvvisamente all'accensione....
