ti dice solo errore ntfs.sys? non ti dice se danneggiato o mancante? non dovrebbe essere un errore hardware ma software,probabilmente non trova il file e non parte,puoi provare per esempio a mettere l harddisk su un altro pc e caricar il file nella cartella d sistema.
