installshield è impazzito


raga ....intanto salve ^^ sono nuova e spero ke possiate aiutarmi perke sono nella melma fino al collo

dunque ecco il problema: ogni volta ke cerco di installare un applicazione mi spunta questo messaggio di errore :

an error (-5003 : 0x5) has occurred while running the setup.
please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications... etc se il programma continua a dare questo errore contattare il venditore..


ma ke vuol dire??

io ci sto uscendo matta.... potete aiutarmi??
