Il vdimm mi pare arrivi già da solo a 3.2V quindi farei la mod al VTT.
Al limite la mod per passargli direttamente i +3.3V dell' alimentatore.
Poi c'è la mod al chipset...

wasky ma che è colpa mia se quello fa guide sbagliate?
comunque:
1)sei sicuro che non si possano fare tutte quell emod sulla ic7-max3 (malves mi ha detto che si possano fare)
2)sei sicuro che la sua guida sia sbagliata?
3) non può essere che sia giusta ma mal interpretata?

quelle sono per ic7 liscia e G, la max3 è diversa, la vdimm non serve è già a 3,2
il vagp su ic7 max3 non serve imho, quella cmq la puoi fare, la vtt e la vchip sono uguali per tutta la serie ic7
segui la mod di hipro5 e ti renderai conto che la vdimm è anche diversa
poi malves può dire tutto quello che vuole, io la mia max3 l'ho moddata e funziona
e non ho fatto le sue ma quelle di hipro5

ok, allora sguirò la guida di hipro, ma mi dovresti aiutare a settare i trimmer di ogni mod..

allora, oggi mi sono sentito nuovamente con malves, e ad alcune domande mi ha risposto:
1. Just do the vdimm/vtt mods. It's been proved that vnorth/vagp mods don't help much.
2. for both vdimm/vtt mods you need a 200-500 ohms trimmer set @ 0ohms, then raise resistance for more volts. Pick middle leg and one(1) of the other two(2) legs and set the resistance between them to 0 ohms.
3. Some Max3 come with MC64 in place and some come with it removed, either way will be fine. Forget about MC64...you shouldn't be even looking at it, 'cause it has nothing to do with the vdimm mod!
All you have to remove is R50 and the transistor.
Go to my site again and take a detailed look at the vdimm/vtt pics. Everything you need to do is there for the mods to work. I've done 10 IC7s, and they all work great for their owners...if they didn't fry it yet
